即時反饋系統輔助教學對學習成效影響之研究

隨著資訊科技日新月異,翻轉教育盛行,高等教育形成新的學習樣貌。即時反饋系統以學習者為中心,著重教與學的互動參與以提升學習動機,在各學科皆有廣泛的應用,惟較少應用於探討連鎖經營課程、學生對於科技導入教學的接受程度,以及對學習成果的影響。因此,本研究以科技接受概念為基礎,加入輔助教具自我效能、資訊科技創新性、避免不確定性為外部變數,透過問卷調查與焦點團體訪談,深入瞭解影響學生對即時反饋系統接受度的要素,探究接受度與學習動機和滿意度之間的關係,以兼顧量化與質性分析之效度與深度。研究結果發現,學生資訊科技接受度愈高,使用Plickers系統時較不需要操作的指引,或避免不確定性傾向較低,則使用此系統的知覺有用性與易用性較高;學生認為系統可有效提升學習力則具正面態度,進而增進其學習動機與學習成效──是以本研究成果可供後續研究者與相關業者進行課程規劃與修改系統參考。

A Research on the Influence of Interactive Response System to Assist Teaching on Learning Outcomes

With the rapid development of information technology and the prevalence of flipped classrooms, higher education has formed a new learning style, and it is expected to develop various teaching methods to stimulate students' interest in learning and practical application. Integrating Interactive Response System (IRS) is a learner-centered teaching method, focusing on the interactive participation of teaching and learning to promote learning motivation. IRS was applied in many subjects widely, but less in franchise management, and whether the technological acceptance will influence learning results. Therefore, this research used Technology Acceptance Model, adopted students' self-efficacy, information technology innovation, and uncertainty avoidance as external variables. The acceptance of students' to IRS and the relationship between learning motivation and satisfaction was examined by questionnaire survey and focus group interviews, to balance the validity and depth of quantitative and qualitative analysis. This research found that the higher the students' acceptance of information technology and the lower the tendency to use the Plickers system with operational guidance or to avoid uncertainty, the higher the perceived usefulness and ease of use of the system. Students' perceptions of the system as effective in enhancing learning were positive, increasing their motivation and learning outcomes. The research results can serve as a reference to subsequent researchers and related professionals when planning curriculum and revising the IRS system.
