以學思達融入課堂單元的設計示例

近年學思達教學法受到中、小學教師爭相學習與運用,加上新課綱導入,亦引發高教教學現場部分教師的關注。然而,大學課堂有其特殊性,包含更多元與複雜的專業以及教材共備的困難性,因此學思達教學法所強調的講義預備或者提問問題設計的原則與邏輯等,往往造成大學老師運用的困難。本文以人力資源管理課程中最基礎的工作分析單元為例,從學思達所建議的五大元素,對應此教學法的核心精神與操作步驟,提供實際提問的問題範例,設計出可複製的課程教材,或可成為教師未來在規劃與設計課程時的參考依據。

Examples of Integrating Share-start in Lesson Design

In recent years, elementary and high school teachers have shown a strong interest in learning and applying the Share-start method. The introduction of a new curriculum has piqued the attention of teachers in the field of higher education. However, university classrooms have their particularities. These include the wide range of diverse and complex subjects available and difficulty in collaborative lesson preparation. Therefore, the preparation of lecture notes and the principles and logic for designing questions, as emphasized by the Share-start method, often cause obstacles among university lecturers. This article uses the most basic work analysis unit in a human resource management course as a case study. It seeks to provide realistic examples of questions with reference to Share-start’s five elements and its corresponding core principles and implementation steps. It likewise aims to design replicable teaching materials that teachers may use for reference in planning and designing courses in the future.
