幼兒服務與行銷課程的創新教學策略

本研究旨在探討科技大學「幼兒服務與行銷」課程的創新教學策略。藉由課堂中的實際操作,包含:優秀學長姐的學習經驗分享,觀察生活情境中的個案,以腦力激盪術對服務與行銷的成功要素加以分析,與幼教產業合作進行微體驗,呈現實際演練服務與行銷的APDE歷程,呼應做中學的教學目標。

The purpose of this study is to discuss the innovative teaching strategies provided by teachers of a university of Science and Technology. The teachers teach “Services and Marketing of Early Childhood Programs,” with teaching strategies that include: learning experience sharing by upperclassmen, the observation of children’s life situations, and doing brainstorming to analyze the success factors of the service and marketing. Then, let students cooperate with the children industry for a micro-experience, and practice the APDE process of “Service and Marketing” to achieve the goal of learning.
